Aromex (Exemestane)

Exemestane falls under the category of oral steroidal aromatizing inhibitors that is mainly used for the purpose of treating hormonally responsive breast cancer present in post-menopausal females. Side Effects of Exemestane

The side effects of Exemestane are not severe but there are some side effects which are minor or moderate. In rare cases, serious side effects are also reported but in very rare case.

The common side effects of Exemestane are fatigue, nausea, escalated level in appetite, and excessive sweating. If any of these side effects occur then the individual must immediately seek for medical attention. There are some serious but highly rare side effects that can occur. These side effects includes feet or leg swelling, infection symptoms, fever or dark urine.
