Individuals can take one dose of tamoxifen citrate either once a day or they can divide the dose into two equal parts and are supposed to take half dose in morning and the other half in evening. Individuals must take this dose with completely filled glass of water. Taking this dose with food is not necessary but the pill must not be squashed or crumpled.
